How long until my order ships?
Orders are made in limited drops and are processed within 3 to 9 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, delivery within South Africa takes an estimated 10 to 15 business days. International delivery takes an estimated 10 to 20 business days.
How much is shipping?
South Africa: R100, free on orders of R770 or more. International: R450 flat rate to supported countries. Your available options are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your country. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
